Sales and Events Officer at RIUF

EDUCATIVA se defineste in primul rand prin proiectele pe care le desfasoara si prin valorile si principiile comune oamenilor care lucreaza in aceste proiecte. Nucleul echipei a inceput sa se formeze inca din 2004, atunci cand nevoia unei mai bune informari privind studiile in strainatate a condus la organizarea primei editii a RIUF - the Romanian International University Fair. Brandul EDUCATIVA a inceput sa se consolideze in 2007. De atunci si pana acum, s-au nascut si dezvoltat complementar o serie de proiecte avand in comun dorinta de a imbunatati in paralel atat accesul tinerilor din Romania la studii in strainatate cat si sistemul educational din Romania. Astazi, printre proiectele noastre numaram si FINS, EDMUNDO, UNIVERSALIO, EA - The Entrepreneurship Academy, Admitere Online, Optiuni de caiera si RIUF. Toate proiectele si propun sa contribuie la rezolvarea antreprenoriala a unei probleme din sistemul educational intr-o maniera auto-sustenabila si durabila.

Skills and knowledge:

- You are self-motivated, ambitious, curious, communicative and a team player
- You have enthusiasm, and show positive thinking and a solution-oriented mindset; you also have a good discipline of meeting deadlines and completing responsibilities
- Basic computer processing skills (Microsoft Office) are required
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken; an international certificate is preferred)


Availability:

- Fulltime employment (40 hours/week)
- Working in the Bucharest office (located in Piata Universitatii)

As the volume and complexity of our activity increases every year, we are now looking for a very enthusiastic and energetic young professional to join our team in Bucharest as Sales and Events Officer. You will start a month-long trial period, focusing mostly on Operations and Customer Support, while en route to learning B2B sales. Your initial work will mainly contribute to the team’s efforts of meeting the clients’ needs by offering excellent support and communication, properly managing back office documents and diligently doing logistics support. Following, your attention will shift towards educating international higher education providers from all over the world about recruiting highly valuable Romanian and Greek students by attending EDUCATIVA events. You will then be working directly with the Sales and Events Department, joining a young and ambitious team which makes things happen.

Given that we operate in multiple countries and target international clients. travelling outside Romania might be required. This will not, however, be asked of you for more than 8 weeks/year.
