    -send invites on behalf of;
    -reschedule meetings;
    -book rooms;
    -arrange setup (with Helpdesk);
    -print pre-reading materials (for Geneva);
    -create slides (Bucharest only);
    -share presentations during the meetings (Bucharest only).

    Expense Reports:
    -create expense reports for each travel/km log/business meal etc.;
    -get signatures from traveler and manage
    -create ER Delegation if the manager is not located in Bucharest.

    -book meeting rooms;
    -book transfers to/ from airport, to/from office;
    -send invites according to the agenda;
    -order catering;
    -book dinner reservations.
