    Requirements

     Experience 1 year experience in: economic analysis, review business data detailing performance indicators: KPIs
     Desirable: 2 years working experience in automotive or other relevant industry

    Responsibilities

    Business Intelligence
     Identify, analyze and evaluate the market (market potential, competition, customers, products, development trends). Reach conclusions based on the data gathered and report on the final results. Based on the collected information from different systems (eg.: MRA, VPM, Oscar) propose short-term and long-term business development plans.
     Communicate to senior management the insights gained through data analysis, through both presentations and write-ups of results and recommendations.
     Develop different forecasts based on the business experience over time.
     Define and analyse data received in order to provide reports and presentations based on the KPIs related to Service & Parts activities.
     Define and report on developing new structures for business intelligence in ways that will serve the activities of the department.
    Service & Parts Reporting
     Drawing up periodical reports of parts sales and keep track of any disparity that might appear with the Controlling department.
     Draft all reports related to parts sales requested by any department within the company and by the Mercedes-Benz Authorized Partners.
     Analyse and understand past trends on parts sales and communicate them to the management team to help develop a picture on the evolution of the business.
     Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.
    Business Development
     In cooperation with the management team, implement business development plans and develop them in accordance with the company’s needs and market requirements.
     Help shape the decisions that are made through quantifying the expectations of customer behaviour and resulting profitability.
     Involvement in the activities related to Service & Parts products and services
     Retail Communication
     Gather and centralize data received from Mercedes-Benz Authorized Partners.
     Build solid, lasting business relationship with the Mercedes-Benz Authorized Partners.
    Administrative tasks:
     Monitor the supply process for parts promoted during campaigns
     Centralize and archive the documents related to the job description according to procedures and instructions
     Keep track of the documentation related to the job description according to procedures and instructions
