Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.
- BA/BS (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, IT, Finance or other related disciplines
- BS in Marketing / Communication preferred
- Any Specialization Certification degree in the above areas would be a plus
- 3 – 4 years’ experience as marketing, communication, business/process specialist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, demand generation or lead generation activities and campaigns results outcome
- Familiar with scoring models performance
- Experience with sales automation and integrated communications programs
- 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems, Salesforce.com is preferable
- 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Automation systems; Marketo is preferred
- Exposure in working with IT, Finance, budgeting and planning tasks would be a plus
- Proven experience with CRM systems, Salesforce.com is preferable
- Content management (including Web content) knowledge’s
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Ability to act as part of multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the business goals & drivers and ability to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning to achieve them
- "Sell and train" on the implemented initiatives to speed up the user adoption
- English – Written & Spoken fluent, other language – would be a plus
- Define a standard lead journey for the main categories of marketing activities
- Establish and manage demand management KPIs
- Manages marketing leads scoring models and propose improvements
- Optimize lead scoring and assignment programs to support sales team
- Work close with the businesses to understand and align the business requirements for an efficient lead management process
- Analyse marketing program requirements managing the existing data
- Support on development and execution of lead nurturing programs
- Supporting the business in the development of standardized metrics dashboards to measure the entire Demand Generation funnel
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the status and quality of existing data
- Define and implement data acquisition and update activities to maintain database at desired coverage and quality levels
- Audit and document the managed scoring models
- Document data schema flows
- Monitor and report on database quality metrics
- Work close with Technology specialist and Process Specialist to improve continuously the quality and measurement for a solid Lead Management Process
- Work with other functions (e.g. sales excellence, IT) to develop a broader lead management strategy
- Ensure that the demand waterfall is delivering strong conversion rates
- Active participation and support for budgeting and planning for marketing activities
- Communicate lead and data management status, progress and success
