Process Improvement Specialist

We are a Romanian brand that evolved to an international group that produces and delivers energy products. With 6,000 employees and a wide range of jobs, Rompetrol has operations in Europe and Central Asia, from oil trading and refining to petrochemicals production, retail and marketing of petroleum products to providing services to other operators in the Energy industry.

-Minimum 5 years experience in the Finance area;
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BPO/SSC environment;
-Experience in leading and implementing change;
-Flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamically changing environment;
-Able to grasp quickly and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
-Strong planning, organization, task management and project management skills;
-Self-motivated, self-directed and independent in a team environment;
- Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues/concerns;
-Demonstrated skill working with cross-functional and technical teams.

-Responsible for identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and impactful projects that help eliminate waste, increase customer satisfaction, ensure costs reduction and improve performance in O2C;
- Create project plans for the process improvement initiatives and ensure the completion of projects against defined milestones and timelines through project tracking and reporting;
- Support with driving a continuous improvement based cultural change within O2C;
-Create process documents for newly implemented processes and perform reviews/updates on existing process documents as required (work instructions, process flow, RACI matrix).
