With 6,000 employees and a wide range of jobs, Rompetrol has operations in Europe and Central Asia, from oil trading and refining to petrochemicals production, retail and marketing of petroleum products to providing services to other operators in the Energy industry.

The fuel needed to go further with us:
-Bachelor degree;
-Plus 4 - 6 years’ experience in recruitment area with general knowledge of human resources domain;
-Working experience in a Shared Service Center is a plus;
-Strong interviewing skills; capability to recalibrate the projects recruitment strategy assuring added value to internal customers;
-Capability to create unique experience both to candidates and internal clients;
-Ability to communicate effectively and transmit the information in a professional manner;
-Advanced in Microsoft computer skills;
-Fluent in English language.

Activities going to help you shining:  
-Manage full cycle recruitment & selection process from drafting the ad to prepare the offer (specialists, niched & managerial role; depending on business needs);
-Proactive recruitment process in respect of building and maintaining pipeline to find qualified candidates; develop a network of referrals;
-Cultivate relationships and support the hiring managers;
- Recruitment & selection for internship program (refineries & head quarter);
- Participates at company presentations and employer branding events.
