    Excellent level of Romanian
    Very good level of English
    Friendly and outgoing personality
    Availability to relocate in Sofia, Bulgaria


    Your role:

    Handle incoming customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner via telephone and email
    Coordination and tracking of client shipments
    Serve as the first point of contact, and central information source for the client
