What you must have:
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field;
• Minimum 3-5 years Business Objects tool development experience;
• Advanced understanding of database structures (Oracle);
• Experience in building and optimizing complex BI SQL queries;
• Knowledge of Tableau data visualization development (would be an advantage);
• Knowledge of Telecom industry data model and or previous data modelling experience (would be an advantage);
• Previous experience with data analytics is a plus;
• IT (developer) background is considered a plus;
• Fluency in English, verbal and writing;
• Strong communication (oral, written) and analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, understand solution architecture and involve in system design;
• Open minded and can-do attitude; able to adapt to frequent changes;
• Teamwork skills and willingness to work in a fast paced, multinational environment;
• Autonomous and problem-solving approach.

What you will do:
• Deliver Business Intelligence Reports and Analytics;
• Automate a full range of reports handled by the Marketing / Data Intelligence department in order to enable the team offload and focus on adding more value to business cases;
• Work closely with the IT BI DWH team and participate in the extension of DWH, NDW and related Business Intelligence applications:
o Build new Data Marts;
o Develop and enhance Business Objects reports and/or Tableau dashboards / visualizations;
• Bridge the gap between interfaces & solutions and different development teams;
• Develop and create related functional and technical documentation;
• Execute testing and validation for the implemented solutions;
• Ensure knowledge transfer towards new / existing team members.

We are looking for:
A business focused and data-driven BI Consultant / Developer who will be in charge of the delivery and automation of Business Intelligence Reporting and Analytics using Business Objects and Oracle SQL Developer tools for specific business lines.
You will collaborate with the Data Intelligence team and support the evolution of data visualization using Tableau and/or BO.
