Desired skills and experience:
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), our customers are American
• Problem solving and quality focused
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare product or services reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction programs, loyalty and cart abandonment programs as well
• Motivating salary and performance based bonuses
• Working from home
• Work schedule : 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight
