- Previous experience in Online Marketing (preferably in acquisitions/media buying/online advertising) - a must
- Previous experience in analytical/statistics position - highly preferred
- Experience in managing high budget campaigns - highly preferred
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Outstanding organizational and analytic skills
- Excellent spoken and written English - a must
- Other foreign languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Russian) - a plus
- Great communication skills
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and proven ability to meet goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills

- Manage full campaign processes along with relationships with the suppliers
- Be in charge of programmatic campaigns management that includes set up, implementation
- Manage budget/ bidding strategy
- In charge of analytical optimization
- Manage day to day optimization
