    Our client is an international company providing a wide variety of B2B services for international clients. As a Senior Recruiter you will be in charge to deliver recruitment & TA services, assessment.

    3- 5-year experience in Recruitment
    Knowledge of English or French at intermediate level or above
    Experience in executive search, and proven track record in successfully recruiting professionals
    Good knowledge of market trends
    Experience with various interviewing and testing techniques
    Excellent communication and relationship management skills

    Skills and attributes for success:
    Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Very good analytical skills
    Excellent organizing skills, having the ability to handle different projects efficiently
    Able to work independently, adapt to a fast-passed environment

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:
    Managing the full life cycle of the recruitment projects, in various industries and job functions
    Partner with managers in order to understand their specific requirements and needs
    According to each project specific needs, develop the most suitable recruitment strategy, in order to make sure that the top talents are attracted (direct contacts, direct approach, social media and other media channels
    Develop and maintain the relationship with candidates and clients, maintaining an active communication during and after the project is closed
    Achieve the financial goals set up by the organization (individual monthly target, prospecting/networking indicators, etc)
    Participation to various recruitment events such as career fairs
    Identifying solutions for activating recruitment projects
    Preparing specific recruitment reports for clients and hiring managers
