    Key responsibilities:

    • Order forms validation
    • Sales order entry management processed in company system Oracle
    • Purchase order entry management processed in company systems Oracle
    • Delivery date negotiations, updates, tracking of changes
    • Project management support to the customer
    • Send order acknowledgments to clients informing them on the delivery schedule
    • Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure fulfillment of projects
