    Essential Requirements:

    Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills, and ability to deliver quality work, on time
    Demonstrated strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
    Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
    Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and/or experience using similar software for data reporting and analysis
    Demonstrates working knowledge of adult education principals and how to apply them to instructional materials
    Adapt to changing priorities, resources, and needs, coordinating and communicating with all parties concerned

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Handles all logistics for classroom and webinar training, including scheduling (facilitator, room, and attendees), room prep, materials, attendance rosters, and completion reporting
    Prepares and distributes training completion reports and attendance reporting for DFS L&D training initiatives
    Manages the DFS course catalog in Saba Cloud, the Learning Management System for Dell Technologies (i.e. creates classes and events, uploads roster information, uploads e-Learning modules, archives outdated curriculum, etc.)
    Acts as the administrator/owner for L&D shared network drives ensuing all training folders and content is maintained (i.e. user access, folder structure organization and maintenance, content uploads and archival, etc.)
    Designs, authors and edits classroom and virtual classroom materials, reference guides, and job aids as well authors and edits critical business communications and process change alerts
    Works with subject matter experts to ensure that content is accurate and tailors training curriculum to support a global training audience by ensuring regional and cultural challenges are considered in the training design
    Stays current in best practices, tools, and applications across learning and training industry
