IP NETWORK ENGINEER - BUCHAREST

We expect from you:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Availability to travel abroad

For this position, you’ll need to have:

• Good understanding of operator business drivers and technologies in the IP network areas
• Broad overview of IP technologies. Good acquaintance with TCP / IP protocols and networks
• Experience of IP Planning, Design, Configuration, Integration and testing on Telecom/ISP based networks
• Working knowledge of MPLS, IS-IS, MPBGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, L2 & L3 Switching and Routing
• Working knowledge of QoS in IP networks
• Working knowledge of routers/ switches and IOS, preferably on CCNP level
• Working knowledge of firewall
• Working knowledge of Juniper firewalls is a plus
• Working knowledge of Extreme switches is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent understanding and practical experience of implementation and troubleshooting in Security
• IP Certifications on Juniper and/or Cisco are desirable
