    Cerinte

    Sisteme de operare Windows (utilizare, instalare, configurare, interpretari mesaje de eroare, troubleshooting);
    Aplicatii de birotica (utilizare, instalare, configurare, interpretari mesaje de eroare);
    Cunostinte generale din domeniul solutiilor de monitorizare software si hardware
    Cunostinte hardware PC si periferice;
    Networking (protocoale, arhitecturi, conexiuni);
    Cunoaste derularea proceselor de change management, incident si problem management.

    Experienta :
    Experienta minima in activitatea de HelpDesk: 3 ani;
    Experienta in incadrarea solicitarilor/incidentelor si in realizarea conexiunilor cu alte incidente/problema
    Experienta in depanarea hardware si software a incidentelor IT

    Responsabilitati

    Preia solicitarile telefonice, prin e-mail sau prin intermediul aplicatiei interne de ticketing si le inregistreaza in aplicatia de ticketing (daca nu sunt receptionate direct in aplicatie)
    Inregistreaza incidentele semnalate de utilizatori impreuna cu toate detaliile furnizate
    Furnizeaza supportul de nivel 1; daca este necesar, dupa realizarea unui diagnostic initial, il escaladeaza catre nivelele urmatoare de support
    Urmareste evolutia incidentelor
    Urmareste in mod particular incidentele cu impact ridicat
    Instaleaza imaginea cu sistemul de operare si aplicatiile software
    Mentine evidenta tehnica referitoare la echipamentele IT: servere, imprimante, laptop-uri, scanere, pc-uri, echipamente de comunicatii (routere, switch-uri, compresoare, interfete, etc);
    Mentine relatiile cu firmele de service si cu furnizorii externi in vederea respectarii calitatii serviciilor
    Ofera suport de nivel 1 pentru echipamentele de videoconferinta
    Realizeaza interventii on-site in regiunea arondata, pentru rezolvarea incidentelor IT ce nu pot fi rezolvate de la distanta
