Within HP, the Marketing-Content-Services group is globally responsible for product content management. Today, our activity is transformed with the aim of bringing content creators and users closer together.

What we will do together:

The marketing Rich Media operation team lead will drive a team of 10 people located in 3 different locations (Bucharest Romania, Barcelona Spain and Guadalajara Mexico) to achieve different missions:

- Collect the Rich media related to each New Product Introduction and store it into HP Asset Hub under specific pre-launch folders.
- Check quality of Metadata for each new asset. Update metadata when necessary
- Associate new SKUs with rich media stored in Asset Hub
- Deploy images in several renditions to maximize their usage on downstream publishers
- Publish Rich media

She / He will also drive the integration of new Asset Types into Asset Hub when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
- Workload assignment to team members
- Daily reporting of operational results
- Support of operational activities when required
- Bi-weekly reporting on project status during Content Services core team meeting
- Regular communication of achievements to top management
- Timely communication of issues to content services director
