• Ensure proper and accurate reporting data base for logistic operations and management
• Create, calculate and analyze the key performance indicators of the business
• Calculation, monitoring, explanation and distribution of the financial result (logistic cost and income) per profit centers
• Support operations through development, management of tools, calculating and monitoring KPIs
• Assuring communication and coordination of logistic cost between Logistics Department and Financial Department
• Support the mission and strategy of the company through forecasting, planning
• Initiative in processes improvement
​• Project management - development of controlling and logistics tools
