    - Preluarea apelurilor telefonice ale clientilor, identificarea problemelor acestora si gasirea de solutii corespunzatoare;
    - Oferirea de informatii solicitate de catre clienti referitor la serviciile si produsele specific comercializate (extrase de cont, modalitati de plata, sume de plata etc);
    - Intreprinderea de actiuni ulterioare privitoare la problemele nerezolvate in timpul apelului;
