    The ideal candidate is an individual who is dynamic, communicative, results oriented with particular capability in planning and organising of activities. The L&D Programs Administration Specialist will have the ability to improve and challenge existing administrative processes, multi task and act as a point of contact for Learning and Development.
    The position will be located in the Bucharest office and will be part of the Organizational Development CoE.

    The ideal candidate is/has:

    Required experience – 1 to 2 year, in at least 2 of the following areas:

    Accurate data entry skill
    Learning and Development
    Training courses administration
    Administrative activities
    Project management
    Reporting
    Office administration
    Customer relationship
    Required skills and knowledge:
    Planning and organising
    Customer relationship
    Communication and presentation skills
    Time management

    Other:

    Computer literacy: Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (good Excel skills is a plus)
    English – medium level
    Driving license

    Responsabilitati

    The role has the following responsibilities:

    Proactively manage all training administration process flow; needs assessment, on boarding, progress monitoring and training evaluation processing.
    Collate and distribute data for learning and development.
    Act as an initial point of contact for the department, via telephone or face-to-face, dealing with general enquiries or escalating issues.
    Monitor, maintain and ensure all L&D databases are accurate;
    Liaise with external learning and development providers and manage associated administrative activity.
    To provide administration support and be involved in HR project work as required and directed.
