- Bachelor Degree: Faculty of Law (Master is a plus)
- Seniority: At least 2 years in a similar position (legal adviser in multinational company)
- Languages: English mandatory (Spanish/German/Italian/French – a plus)

- Legal support in Social and Labor Law
- Drafting & reviewing employment agreements/contracts
- Confidentiality agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
- Risk analysis
- Employment contract clauses
- Post-contractual obligations
- Validity of documents
- Breach of contractual obligations
- Disciplinary procedures and Termination of Employment Contracts
- Employment handbook and policy review and creation on different topics
- Collective bargaining agreements (legal procedure, negotiation and drafting documents).
