To increase NSN product and system solutions sales, utilising wide experience in technologies with defined customers and prospects in proactive sales and marketing support activities.
Main Responsibility Area
Sales and marketing support via wide technical sub-system level expertise and good internal/external business understanding. Providing viable business solutions to customers and demonstrating their value. Handling complex problems and/or co-ordinating work which may extend beyond own area of expertise. Sharing expertise. Anticipating client needs, investigating underlying causes and identifying short and longer-term solutions; creating and leading business development.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Analyze customer needs / requirements working closely with Account Manager
•Promote solutions, incl. customer engagement
•Accountable for MN Offer Technical Strategy and creating customer solution with clear description of assumptions, incl. contract deliverables for Radio & Advanced Mobile Solutions / Converged Core / third parties configuration, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Solution descriptions (SoW), Statement of Compliance (SoC) / Point by Point Responses / Customer presentations
•Integrate the e2e solution aspects in to overall offer
•Accountable for the involvement of procurement for any Third Party related to MN solution
•Identify all technical risks (e.g. product / feature roadmap availability) for MN and propose mitigation plans
•Contribute to the G2/3 Win Plan and LoA G4 template with technical solution details of MN
•Validate and consolidate the Offer technical response for MN point of view, acting as key Point of Contact for the Bid Manager / Account Manager
•In charge of MN solution definition and negotiation (unless service- led deal). Including attached services by integrating the services part from services solution managers.
•Responsible for Security requirements, related risks identification and contribute to mitigation plan
•In Multi-BG cases, collaborate with or act as Lead Solution Manager
