An admin officer is responsible to maintain all the mailboxes as per country wise and store the envelopes at an appropriate duration and then handover the boxes to the third party for long term storage.

The main responsibilities are:

• Keeping record of all the mails received in an excel log
• Segregating the envelopes received as per International & Non International VAT category
• Liaising with the clients' employees or helpdesk through an email to trace the employees for missing barcode on the envelope
• Resolving the queries received from the Helpdesk to trace the envelopes dropped in the Misc. Mail box

• Verbal & Oral communication skills in English;
• The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, receivers and the management team;
• Basic Computer Skills for record keeping;
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
• Organizational skills;
• Ownership and accountability of customer issues and self driven.
