Responsabilities:

- coordinates the recruiting projects according with internal systems and policies;
- collaborates with hiring managers for job profile;
- job postings, screens applicants, candidates sourcing;
- conducts interviews for open positions within the company;
- fills open positions in time-frames agreed with hiring managers;
- prepares job offers for the selected candidates;
- responsible for the induction of the new employees;
- identifies new recruiting channels in order to find suitable candidates for all kind of profiles;
- manage candidates database;
- delivers reports on a regular basis and special reports for management team.
