•Bachelor degree, Technical / Engineering specialization;
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (Supply Chain) and / or in Automotive industry required;
•Thorough understanding of production, quality, supply chain processes and tools;
•Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills;
•Ability to establish and to maintain an effective communication and good working relations with the other departments, strong interpersonal skills;
•Strong analytical skills, capacity to synthesis, able to make correlation and to rationalize business concepts, translating them into usable data;
•Results oriented, rigorous, cost consciousness, attention to details, negotiation skills;
•Good organizational skills, initiative, team player, motivation;
•Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and against tied deadlines;
•Perseverance, positive attitude, ability to solve problems;
•IT knowledge (MS Office professional, SAP);
•Fluent in English, French is a plus.
•Leads and manages the monthly process planning for sales, operations and inventory activity, in accordance with the customers’ orders, plant objectives and capacities;
•Manages, defines and reviews the master production schedules for all end items to reach the plant objectives (delivery performance and required inventory level);
•Manages the plant load and proposes the needed amount of resources, regarding the customers’ demands;
•Manages the bottlenecks issues by coordinating the actions with customers and the critical resources (suppliers, production);
•Responsible for setting up a proper finished goods inventory levels;
•In charge of managing the inventory level of his components families;
•Ensures the component flow and layout management;
•Makes sure that the materials and components (date, quantity, quality) are available to meet the customers’ demand;
•Ensures that the Customer’s requirements are integrated into the system and any integration errors are dealt with and resolved;
•Identifies & highlights the large order variations between the schedules that were forecasted and those that are firmed up by the customer, ensuring that the data has been accurately supplied from the customer;
•Identifies the blocking points and plans appropriate quick actions to solve them;
•Systematically collects reliable information, communicating it to the customers and to all the relevant departments within the plant, when necessary;
•Draws the exporting required Customs documentation;
•Ensures that the internal scheduling has been launched, taking into account the Customers’ priorities;
•Ensures that the production sequencing are based on the customer’ demand;
•Ensures the proper implementation of the FIFO for the finished goods to be delivered;
•Follows periodically the indicators for his area / department and proposes logistics protocol in collaboration with the customers and with the other team members and colleagues from other departments.
