- 2-3 years of experience in similar recruitment activities (it represents a must);
- Strong research and interview skills;
- Very good communication skills; attention to details;
- University degree;
- Preferably fluent in English, Italian (but not a must);
- Networking.

- To plan and implement full recruitment processes (e. g. applications; candidate communication; interviews) for hired projects;
- Job profile definition in collaboration with hiring mangers;
- Job posting, candidates selections, Interviews and short list candidate selection;
- To identify the right experts according to job profile descriptions;
- To build long term relationships with clients and also with candidates;
- Enlarge candidate database, networking proactive and in an innovative manner;
- Build and design internal working procedures with management support;
