    Sales Bucharest + designated regions - 80% of your time
    Visit current customers & prospects ensuring:
    - 1st order and re-ordering supervision and inventory management at each PoS ensuring also that sales materials are identified and used in the proper way
    - identification of any complain/problem from each PoS and quick response after check-up with supervisor
    - collection of end Customer, HORECA and Distributor feedback
    - collection of information about competition products and marketing initiatives
    - new beers presentation managing tasting with focus on decision maker’s commitment
    The visits shall be regular ensuring that bar tenders and waiters are involved and motivated to promote our products.

    Planning and marketing activity - 20% of your time
    - Review, Profile and Select core target PoS
    - Report activities and work on improvement initiative.

    Weekly reporting of each customer contact is required as well as extended availability to attend events and promotional initiatives to promote the brewery.
