    Requirements

    University Degree
    Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
    Detail oriented with strong organization skills
    Proficient with office software programs (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Fluent English; French would represent an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Manage front desk operations
    Welcome clients and candidates in a professional and polite manner
    Handling the office visitors, incoming calls and messages, correspondence, mail
    Provide clerical support to the Human Resources, Commercial and Financial Departments
    Maintain an organized mail delivery structure for the company (incoming, sorting, outgoing)
    Manage and coordinate the maintenance of meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and preparation for onsite meetings
    Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front line environment
