    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Requirements

    Automation tools, E.g. Chef, SaltStack, Jenkins
    Experience with at least one version control system (preferably Git)
    Experience of Continuous Integration (with one Integration Server, E.g. NEXUS)
    Experience with Atlassian Jira
    Experience with JFrog Artifactory
    Experience with build systems: Maven
    Very good analytical skills
    Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously
    Proficient in English

    Preferred, though not required, experience:

    Experience with DB Servers (admin tasks), IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
    Virtualisation solutions like Vagrant, VMWare or XenServer
    Very good systems administration knowledge of, and work experience with Linux

    Responsibilities

    Installing and configuring new applications (see the Required traits and experience) according with the client requirements and architecture.
    Communicating with the team members (clients and internal users) about issues they are seeing with the production systems involved, understanding and addressing the main concerns, diagnosing and solving the problems.
    Diagnosing issues within our systems and working with our network & systems administration teams in order to solve them.
    Support internal rotation procedure (one Saturday every 2 months) which will involve being primary support contact for our production systems during working hours.
