IT Help Desk with German (Timisoara)

Our client, one of the biggest multinational companies is looking for a IT Help Desk Agent with strong German skills, both written and spoken. You will be located in their site from Timisoara, being part of a young and awesome global team, working as 1st level IT Support!

 Advanced knowledge (oral and written) of German language

 Very good communication skills and capacity to work in a team

 1st level IT support for a global team
 Documentation and presentation of new solutions
 Collect, document and handle orders, inquiries, malfunctions and problems
 Offer technical support to your colleagues from Germany operating with Microsoft Office applications, and other internal tools
 Handle user-specific and technical questions
 Identify problems, problem solving and fault analysis

You don`t need any experience in IT or other field. The only request is to have a minimum of B2 level at German/ English language.
The program can be part-time (4 or 6 hours) or full-time (8 hours), Monday - Friday.
