1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment environment
Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)
Results oriented and able to work with targets and deadlines
Positive attitude, energy and drive
Exceptionally strong communication skills
Managing the entire recruitment and selection process (from defining the profile with managers, advertising the position, proactively using all necessary tools to attract candidates, selection through interviews and tests, hiring process and induction of the new employees).
Constantly proposing new channels of recruitment, following the efficiency of each tool.
Delivering competency based interviews.
Keeping the documentation and necessary efficiency reports about each recruitment process up to date.
Collaborating with managers in order to ensure the right fit of the candidates with the required profile.
