Delphi Diesel Systems Romania is part of ICE Components & Systems and provides high-precision injection components, mainly pumps and injectors for Common Rail systems. Iasi plant has over 2,000 employees and represents a greenfield investment of over 300 million euros.

Essential requirements:

• At least two years of experience in management of personnel
• Work experience in a production company
• Production process and material flow knowledge
• Communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and result oriented
• Good analyzing and organizational skills
• English level – medium

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures manufacture necessary for the request of the customer by following the criteria: quality, costs, time
• Responsible for the involvement of the personnel in the production processes
• Establishes and takes part in the development of the plan of people training
• Sets up and develops the competencies of the personnel in his team
• Ensures the training and its follow-up of the operators on the means of production
• Plans the work of maintenance completed by the technicians
• Updates the indicators of production and following up the objectives
