    University degree
    Relevant experience on recruitment, especially on industry, covering all levels of experience - min. 3 years
    Good understanding of job requirements
    Strong experience on direct search
    High knowledge of English
    Licensed to apply different psychometric tools and tests (advantage)
    High degree of autonomy
    Very good communication skills


    Defines the recruitment strategy and executes the recruitment process, for all levels in the Organization (up to Top Management)
    Is responsible of the entire recruitment process for various openings (both technical and non-technical)
    Places internal and external job announcements for the open positions in the company
    Identifies and tries new channels/ platforms/ methods of attracting candidates
    Makes direct sourcing of candidates, through various techniques/ platforms
    Continuously improves the searching methods in order to find best new candidates
    Conducts pre-interviews (telephonic/ face to face) and interviews, alone or together with the technical managers
    Creates various reports, regarding the KPIs for each candidate/ recruitment process
    Provides feedback to the candidates which were interviewed
    Analyses the recruitment trends in the market and discusses them with the superior
