Knowledge of English at an advanced level:
Good communication skills both orally and written;
Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in offering pre-sale support;
Ability to understand and properly provide resolution to customer inquiries;
Ability to adapt to change;
Sales skills along with sales background would be a plus;
Ability to overcome objections and close sales;
Ability to work under stress, with targets and deadlines.
Perform outbound calls and e-mails as per leads assigned;
Reply to inbound e-mails by offering customer pre-sale support;
Work closely with client's evaluation team, customer care department;
Keep a daily track of the leads processed, active and non-responsive leads;
Report to the direct manager and offer improvement solutions in order to stimulate continuous improvement processes.
The client offers aesthetic products for their targeted markets around the world. The daily activities for this client entail contacting warm leads through outbound calls and e-mails, answering all customer pre-sale inquiries, customizing own strategies for outbound e-mailing, closing sales.
