Business Analyst - FX

          
             Your Mission

X-One FX is a front-to-back trading application providing to worldwide users the booking and follow up on the lifecycle of Foreign Exchange (FOREX) trades. Your mission is to provide studies and analysis, coordinate stakeholders (Traders, Sales, Trading Support Units) and coordinate developments in an agile environment (Agile@Scale).
 

            Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Define and write detailed functional specifications and provide costs assesments for features and projects to be implemented with the help of developers;

• Frame the mission objective and follow appropriate methodology and governance in coordination with the Project and /or Program Manager, to ensure deliveries are made on time;

• Leads organizational tasks independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor;

• Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders to obtain conclusive inputs and feedback;

• Identify and raise alerts - Report the progress on the mission as well as potential issues / decision needed, attention points should be raised to the right person at the right time;

• Work in pairs with other teams worldwide to efficiently execute mission deliverables. This is to be done in a productive environment, promoting team spirit and professionalism.
  
  
  A little about You:

• You have experience in Investment Banking;

• You have strong knowledge in operational macro processes of different asset classes – trade capture, booking controls, confirmation, settlement, payment , reconciliation;

• You have a former experience in CIB operations and operations knowledge in different asset classes;

• You have a very good communication skills both written and verbal - able to adapt communication to all levels;

• You have a good understanding of Front to Back trade processes;

• Confidence in working with Databases.

• Knowledge in FOREX is a plus.
