    •Studii superioare, cunostinte de specialitate;
    •Minim 1 an intr-o pozitie similara (casierie si/sau operatiuni servicii clientela);
    •Cunostinte solide de MS Office;
    •Bune cunostinte de limba engleza – comunicare orala si scrisa.
    •Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    •Corectitudine si atentie la detalii, atentie distributiva;
    •Adaptabilitate, deschidere la munca in echipa.

    Responsabilitati


    •Responsabilitatea zilnica de a accepta, verifica, procesa sau a trimite spre procesare (dupa caz), instructiunile de plata/incasare (fara numerar) primite de la client: ordine de plata, instrumente de debit, schimburi valutare si depozite
    •Eliberarea instrumentelor de debit solicitate sau a cardurilor si pin-urilor Visa Business, parolelor, kit-urilor si cardurilor ING Online;
    •Printarea si inmanarea extraselor, a confirmarilor de FX si Depozite;
    •Investigarea si monitorizarea erorilor, a platilor rejectate, a refuzurilor la plata in cazul Instrumentelor de Debit cat si oferirea informatiilor telefonice clientilor (tranzactii refuzate, confirmare sold, tranzactii prin IOL etc);
    •Responsabilitatea zilnica de a efectua toate operatiunile cu numerar (incasari si plati) primite de la client.
    •Efectuarea incasarilor si retragerilor de numerar la cererea clientilor precum si a tranzactiilor de schimb valutar, conform procedurilor in vigoare;
    •Identificarea clientilor pe baza documentelor de identitate, prin sistemele disponibile (FABO, Documentum, Freeze List, UHRC etc) precum si raportarea tranzactiilor in concordanta cu procedurile de prevenire a spalarii banilor;
    •Responsabilitatea generală privind controlul în mod profesionist a relaţiilor cu clienţii Retail, oferirea de produse bancare clienţilor, în concordanţă cu politica aprobata in vigoare.
    •Oferirea de consultanta clientilor persoane fizice si persoane juridice privind operatiunile bancare solicitate.
