Key Responsibilities:

- Functional and disciplinary lead for Element planners Filterelements in the area of OE/OES/AM, on CP/ PE functions
- Team development (including qualification skill matrix creation and periodical reviews) and team motivation
- Coaching, mentoring and training of employees
- Continuous development of guidelines, procedures in Facton and development processes
- Ensure quality of delivered projects
- Status reporting for projects and team
- Ensure availability of capacity for product development, quotation phase and industrialization scenarios
- Responsible for reaching technical and commercial targets (Capex, tooling costs and cost of the BOM’s) for serial implementation (TIP)
- Ensure collaboration on new project development
- Customer and supplier meetings, ensure to fulfill customers demands (costing, quality and time perspective)
- Collaborate for Patents environment
- Cost and budget responsible
- VA/ VE activity (Value Analysis / Value Engineering)
- Problem solving and effectively handling customer complaints
- Support gap analysis
- Responsible for all administrative tasks among the team
- Assists management with hiring processes
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Main responsible and approver for sub-teams deliverables (esp. ME)
- Responsible of creation and maintenance of team KPI and report them to the management
- Coordination of devices and equipments build up with suppliers and production locations
