    IT Project Manager with French



    Your Mission


    You will be part of the H2R team of the Business Solutions Center as part of the Societe Generale Group.

    The H2R team represents a solutions center for applications that concern the Group's Human Resources. This team manages the IT projects in the HR and IT domains and deals with the implementation of solutions for the HRIS centers.


    Your Role in a Nutshell:


    • Plan, define and manage parallel project deployments in a cross-functional environment;

    • Evaluate, along with project team, the complexity, timeline and resources needed for all assigned projects;

    • Deployment project of IT tools from H2R perimeter (HR, Real estates and Acquisitions systems), working with teams from BSC France and EBS;

    • Manage and coordinate all project phases and variables: requirements evaluation, requests for proposal, solution design, costs, implementation duration, testing, acceptance and final review;

    • Build, maintain and implement the project plans;

    • Negociate with all internal stakeholders (IT and business) all aspects required to have a successful delivery;

    • Negociate with vendors the service agreements, KPIs, quality indicators and implementation duration;

    • Report project status to relevant stakeholders and management;

    • Identify and manage all risks, changes (scope, timeline etc) and assumptions that occur during project lifecycle.


    A little about You:


    • You have 3+ years of experience in PM positions;

    • You have experience in IT projects deployments;

    • Good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
