    At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
    Knowledge Credit Risk / Modeling Databases / Mainframe - Would be a Benefit
    Knowledge of the organization and internal processes of the retail bank would be an
    Basic SQL knowledge
    Availability to learn / deepen the technical part of the applications
    Advanced level of French and good command of English
    Adoption of a spirit of service and team in relations with all partners
    Posting a responsible attitude in the general exercise of the mission
    Relational capacities
    Synthetic capacity and rigor, sense of customer service
    Autonomy in the management of entrusted works

    Be in charge of designing the container and the functional content of an IT solution for banking risk applications (Basel portfolio determination, risk management)
    Conduct tests, analysis of results in order to ensure the proper functioning of the application
    Ensure responsibility for deliverables in accordance with the scoping note in terms of quality, performance, cost and time Technical and functional support of the application scope in production
    Contribute or lead the animation and the coordination of the actors of the project
    Intervene on the different phases of the project: framing, analysis and design, functional validation
    Identify, analyze and translate user needs for information systems
    Define solutions and assess their impacts
    Write the functional specifications based on a validated expression of needs
    Estimate the costs and time of projects, validate the charges and the delay of the technical stages of the project
    Help users prioritize and decide on tradeoffs based on risks and objectives
    Validate and then ensure the validation of functional documents by users and project stakeholders
    Identify, write and validate functional test cases from functional specifications
    Anticipate and accompany changes (impact analysis, communication and user training, start-up, deployment)
    Consolidate project management documents and ensure project communication within and outside the entity; circulate information transparently, escalate alerts
    Regularly follow up and report to the client on milestones and expected deliverables
    Interface with project management for functional specification issues
