Job Description
Our client is looking for an awesome technologist to own the execution of their engineering roadmap in Bucharest. The successful candidate will help them bring their multi-tenant platform to the next level: innovation for the masses. She or he will be utilizing the latest and greatest technologies to scale their platform, connect their platform with the best of breed companies out there via API integrations and of course deliver powerful features in the SFDC ecosystem of company’s apps. All these while helping them grow and manage a world class engineering team.

Skills & Experience
o BS Computer Science Degree is required
o Hands on, proficiency in developing code in .NET or Java/Scala
o Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
o Advocate of test driven development (TDD) & service oriented architecture (SOA)
o Proficiency with big data at scale using technologies like Cassandra, MongoDB or Hadoop
o Experience with queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ
o Experienced architecting high throughput distributed systems, insane concurrency
o Experience with technologies such as Apache Thrift, RPC such as Finagle, Docker
o Able to attract and manage an elite team of engineers
o Passionate about driving decisions based on data
o 5+ years of experience in similar role with proven results
o Startup experience would be a plus
