    Internship - HR Operations Analyst

    Your Mission:

    The HR Operations intern will work closely with the HR Admin team and will assist in the Onboarding documentation verification process. He/She will be responsible to check, collect and update the HR operations information systems with the correct data. Prepares and issues various addendums/certificates/affidavits for employees upon request.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Preparing the required documents for the personnel files and Onboarding process;
    • Collect, update and check personal data and information for employees (existing and new);
    • Collect, update and check personal data and information in the company’s systems;
    • Support in implementation of the new projects and programs in the department;
    • Issue different certificates and communicate with employees regarding submitted requests
    • Archiving documents to the personal file and other documents, periodical filing according to the procedure

    A little about You:

    • Student in the last year of Bachelor or Master Student
    • Good MS Office skills
    • High Attention to details
    • Very good communication skills
    • Other internship in HR area would be highly appreciated
