TELUS International launches the recruitment process for a potential client for our office in Craiova!
-Advanced level of French (speaking and writing)
-Availability to work on a full time or part time schedule, on rotating shifts, Monday - Sunday, 9:00 - 02:00
-Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
-Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
-Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
-Attention to detail
-Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area
-Offering best level customer support assistance for French clients via phone, e-mail or chat
-Assist French end-clients of a global brand in fast-food providing delivery solution for retailers, restaurants and grocery stores
-Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
-Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
