    HR background, ideally in recruitment
    Good technical skills - you can easily familiarize yourself with any type of application or software
    Good analytical skills
    Solution oriented - you are able to understand behaviors through the system and propose actions that would improve client results
    Good at building relationships


    You’ll be responsible for teaching our clients and users to use our product at its highest capacity, for finding pain points in their day-to-day use, running A/B tests to determine what would help them achieve better referral results, interpreting such results, and proposing ways to improve the experience of the users.
    Monitor constantly the behavior of users in the application
    Reporting on daily usage and evolution of main KPIs
    Designing communication campaigns to create and improve the behavior of users
    Participate in meetings with clients to propose alternative or additional actions for improving their results
    Regular quality assurance for the app
    Basic troubleshooting and support for clients
