    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Cerinte

    • 2 - 3 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience
    • Cross-Geo experience
    • Thorough understanding of digital demand generation process and best practices
    • Ability to understand what drives web traffic and how it relates to the client buyers journey
    • Strong understanding of the web production process - Working experience with CMS (Content Management Systems)
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking: the web manager will be expert in the use of key analytic tools such as DPD, Sunrise, Optimizely, Hotjar, Convertro and others
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Strong attention to detail, creative, analytical and takes initiative to improve performance

    Responsabilitati

    The professional covering this role will be responsible for the management of the web market footprint, namely:
    •Analysis and recommendations on the local web footprint architecture : compliance with Web presence guidelines, integrity of the local footprint- clean up and deployement plan
    •Builds the overall footprint plan for the market (desired state)- sitemap by BU, integrating local and Digital Now priorities
    •Teams with DSG to implement migration and clean up of legacy web footprint to new footprint
    •Auditing and optimization of the local footprint : Search Engine Optimization, contact modules, links to the local pages, live chat, links to local social media channels, implementation of local assets.
    • Identify trends and insights from data using Digital Performance Dashboard and other analytic tools, to optimize spend and performance based on them
    •Reporting on your own activity and on the results achieved
    • Collaborates with WW DO Focals, peers and market colleagues to optimize content and navigation on web presence for maximum visibility and ranking in all search engines. Ensure optimal user experience and journey at all times (including connections to marketplace, brand pages, etc as appropriate)
    • Stay up to date with market and competitive trends as well as emerging digital marketing developments; apply, test and share learnings with peers. Provide thought leadership and enablement for adoption where appropriate
