    Requirements

    Requirements:
    5+ years of experience in managing projects and service improvement activities
    - 4+years years of experience in leading an organization with proven ability to assess, spotlight, grow and get the most out of direct reports
    - 3+ years of experience in managing complex, worldwide, 24x7 services in the following areas: Managed Services, Customer Service Desk, PMO and Mobility Services
    - Extensive practical experience and knowledge with techniques for planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple IT projects simultaneously
    - Very strong knowledge of the following Project Management methodologies & frameworks: Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK, Agile, WWPMM and ITIL
    - Experience with a wide variety of IT Infrastructure components (Server & OS, Networking, VoIP, Middleware etc.)
    - High level experience with architecture and design for IT Infrastructure solutions
    - Experience with Security Solution Implementations (ISO/GDPR)
    - Extensive experience of identifying, negotiating and managing third party vendors
    - Knowledge of IT Governance including IT Organization Design and Continual Service Improvement
    - Understanding and conversant about the company, competitors, technologies, solutions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    - Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
    - Experienced working with cross-functional teams
    - Extensive experience with MS Project, MS Visio, IBM SCCD, Service Now, Jira, Lotus Notes, IBM SDM and other collaboration tools such as IBM Connections and Mural
    - Ability to work effectively with team members, multiple departments and vendors
    - Should be able to mentor junior member of the team.
    - Should act as a role model
    - Ability to conceptualize problems
    - Extremely flexible if workflow is changing
    - Communicative competence (pro-active)
    - Team player
    - Self motivation.

    Responsibilities

    Overall end-to-end accountability for delivery of large scale projects / programmes to agreed methods and standards
    - Successfully plan, execute, control and close project(s) against defined scope and budget using CIBC procedures and policies
    - Providing leadership and direction to work-stream leads and direct team members and manage them within the scope of the project
    - Effectively oversee project staff (matrixed resources, contractors), delegating work to appropriate leads
    - Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
    - Ensure that necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion
    - Manage complex scope with interdependencies from other work streams
    - Deliver projects as part of an overall program
