EDI Coordinator

• 2 to 5 years’ experience
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of EDI processes: order, invoice, desadv
• Knowledge and experience on ERP tools: JD Edwards highly appreciated

• Take care of EDI tickets and make sure all tickets from the EDI perimeter are solved on time, with the adequate level of quality, by him or his external providers.
• Build & follow EDI deployment plan agreed with the subs as the beginning of the year and plan yearly maintenance of the solution.
• Follow TMS interfaces (as tool is m ainly fed by EDI flows).
• Maintain, deploy & Support EDI deployments.
• mpact on many EDI deployments on going for European customers (Invoice Demat for Office Depot) or Local customers (Despatch Advice & Invoice Demat for Dia Portugal, Invoice for PBS Austria, Despatch Advice for Plus Benelux …). Risk of customer delisting or penalties if EDI messages not delivered.
• Contribute to projects : Oceania Project (EDI integration to manage), South Africa Project (EDI integration to manage).

• Business intimacy
• Be a key contact of business team for EDI topics : create and ensure a confident, constructive and intimate relationship with Supply-Chain teams.
• Help business team to achieve its business objectives : build deployment plan and manage Requests for Change raised
• Maintenance and support :
• Ensure support related to Transportation & EDI processes and resolve tickets in order to restore the normal service within the SLA.
• Define and deliver new or maintenance solution on EDI or Web EDI topics according to planning committed with requesters, preferably through releases.
• Train new comers on EDI processes
• IT solution Design & Project Management:
• Identify IT impacts linked to business changes, in collaboration with IT team (technical and functional).
• Define technical and organizational solution to fit to business requirement and ensure the compliance with IT objectives and capacity.
• Define the feasibility, quotation and planning to implement solution proposed.
• Ensure technological watch with GS1 & EDI partners
• Lead and contribute to IT projects based on project methodology (especially EDI Release & EDI deployments).
• Define detailed schedule of project and expert to involve and identify project key milestones.
• Drive and achieve projects on scope, on time and on budget.

• 1 to 3 external providers to follow
• Project budget from 15 K€ to 60 K€
• Approx. 70% on provider follow-up and support activities and 30% on studies/projects
• Rare work during bank holidays
• Travels in Europe (5 to 10%)
