British American Shared Services Europe currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Manager, joining us in our offices in Bucharest.
Job Scope:
The HR Project Manager is accountable for business transformation across the Human Resource function involving processes and technology and serves as a methodology advisor to business leaders from each market.
Essential requirements:
• High knowledge on Human Resource field and SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM systems;
• Demonstrated experience in project management and shared services area;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments within the Group and externally;
• Results-oriented with ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered;
• Excellent management, coaching, influencing and motivational skills are essential in order to work effectively with the migrations team, other departments and the customers;
• Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the deadlines are met;
• Supervising and directing activities as required ensuring successful project implementation;
• Proactively managing customer relationships on an ongoing basis up to the time of the migration of activities to the Global HR Shared Services and during the period of stabilisation period;
• Actively involvment in promoting the HR shared service model in relation to the relevant activities as defined as being in scope according to global processes;
• Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussion and resolves conflict; establishes trust; builds and uses cross-functional relationships to accomplish project objectives;
• Communicates effectively the project status, issues and successes to project team, stakeholders, sponsors and all levels of management as needed.
