    The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for developing, leading and ensuring the implementation of the brand plan for product/s of responsibility, supporting the company’s business plan. PM is responsible for the design and the execution of the brand strategy according to the EMEA brand plans. The role’s responsibilities also include the market data analysis, in order to protect the brand’s integrity and market share. PM also acts as a CVTL (the Country Value Team Leader) of the product and maintains communication and collaboration across functions, the IBVTs and the marketing functional network.
     
    Main responsibilities will include:
    • Develops and executes brand strategy and brand plan
    • Contributes to the forecasting and budgeting activities
    • Provides relevant training to sales force / medical representatives and works closely with sales force and HCPs as well
    • Analyses market data, sales data, IMS data and plans accordingly
    • Produces promotional materials following HCBI guidelines
    • Monitors brand performance and holds brand promotion budget
    • Monitors competitors´ activity and holds budget for planned activities
    • Works productively with external agencies, cross functional groups, marketing functional network, CVTs and IBVTs network
    • Builds strong business relationships with KOLs and monitors industry developments impacting business
    • Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand strategy
    • Monitors KPIs of Oncology products and adjusts plans accordingly to achieve product objectives
    • Has shared responsibility for sales target’s achievement of assigned products
    • Develops customer oriented programs, coordinates market research and analyses data to gain customer insights
    • Reports any Product Quality Complaint or Adverse Event to the Local Safety Unit, complies with the Safe Fleet requirements.
    • Provides key Country assumptions to be integrated into EMEA forecasting, scenarios & risk mitigation plan
    • Conveys the EMEA brand vision at Country level in order to shape a local brand value plan aligned to the EMEA

    Qualifications
    Our Requirements:
    • University degree, English language (fluent)
    • Relevant Sales and/or Marketing experience (at least 2 years), Pharmaceutical marketing experience appreciated (Hematology TA knowledge would be advantageous) but not a must
    • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical field is necessary
    • Strategic mind-set, decision making ability and commercial acumen
    • Brand strategy design and execution, forecasting and budgeting experience desired
    • Customer focus, customer insight / orientation and KOLs management experience
    • Analytical thinking, data and scenarios analyses skills
    • Health economics, pricing and reimbursement knowledge would be a plus
    • Strong leadership abilities, collaboration & team work skills
    • Matrix environment and virtual team collaboration experience welcomed    
    • MS Office (focus on advanced user experience in Excel and PPT)
