    Cerinte

    Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience

    - Prior experience in contract negotiation / drafting / consultancy (minimum 1-3 years) is required. Legal knowledge and experience (degree, practicing attorney) is a plus.

    - Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal. Mastery in English (must be familiar with English legal terms) and local language.

    - Comprehensive understanding of contracts

    - Strong capacity for evaluating Contract clauses

    - Demonstrated problem-solving ability

    - Strong Team work, partnering skills and relationship building

    - Organized, precise, pro-active.

    Responsabilitati

    Understands our client’s standard key contractual clauses based on GIP approved templates and other contractual negotiation training materials used by the Global Contracts team

    - Analyzes the contractual terms and conditions of the agreements under assessment, with regard to the key terms indicated by the Risk assessment matrix

    - Identifies the legal and operational effects of the contractual clauses which constitute a deviation from our client's standard terms & conditions and applies the risk assessment matrix created by the Global Contracts team to correctly underline the impact of such clauses

    - Prepares the Risk Assessment grading checklist to keep track of all accepted deviations and the associated contractual risks.

    - Keeps close contact and collaborates with the Global Contracts team to ensure the same understanding of our client’s policies and contractual & operational standards are observed.
