    Proven with +1 year experience, gained as Team Leader level ideally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment;
    Understanding of the Correspondence processes is an advantage,
    University degree;
    Knowledge of English language (medium level, both writing and speaking);
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel);
    Problem solving and Analytical capability;
    Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels;
    Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable;
    Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors;
    Strong Change Management, Negotiation and communication skills.


    Plans, organizes, coordinates and monitors all the correspondence process in accordance with the internal procedures;
    Monitors and permanently improves the entire team activity;
    Provides support to the team members whenever necessary to ensure that the set goals are met;
    Maintains collaboration with other departments in the company;
    It is responsible for following up the agreements with external suppliers and maintaining collaboration with them;
    Provides continuous feedback to employees regarding their performance;
    Offers guidance and supervision to team members in order to develop their professional and personal skills.
