IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.
Requirements
Manage the sourcing and staffing activities for a major IBM contract;
Allocating skilled resources for various projects;
Interact with IBM End Customers and IT Services Suppliers on a daily basis;
Clarify technical projects and requirements with the END Customer;
Negotiating with suppliers and final client as per needs;
Support management activities by actively participating in weekly planning and meetings;
Operate daily in a teamwork environment within a complex organization.
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 - 1.5 years experience in IT&C recruitment and selection, ideally within a fast growing and challenging environment or an IT recruitment company
English: Fluent
Experience in IT Recruitment (desirable but not mandatory) OR experience inside an IT company on a role through which you are exposed to IT technologies from a functional perspective;
Ability to understand technical profiles and technologies;
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
Excellent English, both written and spoken;
Dynamic and pro-active with regards to solving daily issues and handling ad-hoc events;
An organized approach/ Logical thinking/ detail orientation;
Ability to learn fast and lead processes to conclusion.
